Downtown Mountain Modern

In the heart of downtown Estes Park, what was once a beloved family cabin has been thoughtfully reimagined. When it came time to update and upgrade, the owners chose to start fresh by leveling the original structure and building a new mountain modern home designed for today’s living while preserving the memories of the past. Elements from the original cabin such as repurposed floorboards were carefully integrated into the new design, creating a meaningful bridge between generations. The result is a warm, contemporary retreat rooted in memory and made for the future.
